The White-bearded Flycatcher (Phelpsia inornatus) is a species of bird in the Tyrannidae family. It is the only member of the genus Phelpsia.[1] It is found in Colombia and Venezuela.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and heavily degraded former forest.
